What kind of strokes do we teach? We teach all four major strokes including Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly.
How long does it take that my kid or me to learn to swim? Unfortunately, there is no certain answer to this inquiry. Your background, talent, and above all, your dedication can determine the answer. Our clients (especially the ones who tried group lessons), however, are fascinated by the speed of their progress.
What kind of class suits me better? After we observe how you swim (don't be shy if you don't, you are at the right place) the decision will be made based on our suggestions and your preferences.
I have a friend who wants to learn to swim as well, Can we be in one class at the same time? Getting the most materials in one session matters a lot to us so if they are at your level that could be a great idea, otherwise; we do not recommend that.
I got a swimming pool at my own house, you may come over and teach?
If you live in Richmondhill, Aurora, Newmarket, and East Gwillimbury contact us and we will discuss that.

Srtokes
Freestyle
Freestyle AKA Frontcrawl is the fastest and most commonly used stroke in competitive swimming. Swimmers perform a continuous alternating arm motion while kicking their legs in a flutter kick. The body rolls from side to side, and the face remains in the water except for when taking breaths to the side.
Backstroke
Breaststroke
Swimmers perform a simultaneous movement of the arms and legs. The arms move in a half-circle motion while the legs execute a whip-like "frog kick." Swimmers keep their heads above water and take breaths after each arm pull
Butterfly
Swimmers perform a simultaneous motion of both arms moving forward together and then pulling back underneath the body. The legs execute a dolphin kick, with a simultaneous up-and-down motion. Swimmers keep their faces in the water and take breaths by lifting their heads during arm recovery.
Backstroke is swum on the back with the face upwards. The arms perform alternating movements, similar to freestyle, while the legs execute a flutter kick. Swimmers use a constant rolling motion of the body from side to side. Breathing is done by rotating the head to the side, with one ear in the water.
